GALA DINNER

Gala Dinner tickets are £65.

The Gala Dinner will be held in the magnificent Sheffield Cutlers’ Hall and will include the award ceremony for the 2013 National Enterprise Educator Awards.

Please note that the Gala Dinner is NOT included in any of the prices above and is NOT subject to any discounts.

DISCOUNTS

The tables above show conference fees after the discounts below have been applied. These discounts are calculated automatically on the booking form.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT

A 15% early bird discount will be applied to all bookings made before midnight on 21^st June 2013.

EEUK MEMBERS

25% discount

IEEP PARTICIPANTS & FELLOWS

25% discount*

*If you are an IEEP Fellow from an EEUK Member institution, only one discount will apply.

HEA SPECIAL DISCOUNT

The Higher Education Academy (HEA) has generously offered six £100 discounts to members of staff from UK HEIs who are attending IEEC for the first time.  If you are eligible for this offer and register to attend by 17^th June, your name will automatically be placed in a draw for one of these discounts. Please select the pay by invoice option and we will delay raising the invoice until after the draw has taken place.

ACCOMMODATION

PAYMENT DEADLINE

If you select to pay by invoice your place will be held for 30 days from the date of the invoice or until Friday 23^rd August whichever is the earlier.  If we have not received payment by that deadline your place will be released.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations after 17^th June 2013 will be subject to a cancellation charge and cancellations after 1^st August 2013 will not be refunded. However delegate places may be transferred in writing to another named person.

Enterprise Educators UK and NCGE reserve the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. A full refund will be offered in this case.
